Right of Cancellation for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the final item.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email. You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for:

The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
